Tomato Soup :(

How in the world do you get the creamy tomato soup to be not so gritty? This stuff is like sand. UGH! Can anything be added to it to help with the taste. I looked on the Lean Cusine posts but had no luck.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I remember someone that used to really like the tomato soup mixed it up in the magic bullet before cooking it, but I'm more of a chicken noodle and beef veggie soup girl, so I'm not help!

Really, I liked it. It is actually one of my favorites. I nuked it if that matters.
