Hi Kim!

Sounds like you are doing great. You are going to be slipping into smaller sizes before you know it!

Keep up the great work!

Hey!! Way to go so far! Only 2 more pounds till you get a new club membership! You are doing such a great job!

Remember, during those times when you still have some hunger to try to quench it with water. Your body could just be telling you that you are thirsty. Also remember to evaluate the hunger - is it really hunger or is it the munchies?

Keep up the great work!

I have been sick with the cold/flu all week and my appetite has been all over the place. This weekend I finally started feeling better but did not MediFast well at all.

Can report a 1 lb weight loss though. Back on track today. :D

This morning at school, we had a tornado warning, so we spent 30 minutes huddled in our safe rooms. Now tonight, we are under a snow advisory. Temps in mid 60s this morning...dropping to mid 20s tonight. Absolutely crazy!!!

Hopefully, the weather will clear soon, because I would like to start walking this week. I have a treadmill but would much rather walk outside weather permitting......

Hope everyone has a great week!!
Kim

Been a while

Wow, it's been a long time since I checked in here. But am happy to report that I down over 30 lbs!!! I know that I could have been at my goal by now if I would have been 100%, but I'm really working on my "all or nothing" attitude that has kept me overweight all my life. This time, I'm not giving up, no matter what happens.

What's even more exciting is that now my older sister, her coworker, my mom, my younger sister, and her husband are all doing Medifast too!!! It is totally awesome to have the support of so many family members!!! :D

Got to go for now!!! See ya....

Have had a pretty good week. Being at home for the summer does make it a little easier to follow the program. I am free to choose whatever MF meals I have available. However, I am also free to choose whatever else that is in the house also!! Done pretty good though, keeping the junk (or at least the junk I like ;) ) out of the house, so that should help!!
