172.5. I really am so glad it finally happened-I knew it would but I was within 5 pound range of it for 10 days. It feels great. Now I am up and hungry! I did go to bed at 7 because of my back so have slept a little over 7 hours. I'll see if I can go back to sleep once my excitement wears off! :)

It feels grrrrrreeat, as Tony the Tiger would say! If you had asked me 157 days ago if I could lose 60 pounds I wouldn't have believed it. I was desperate but I still didin't have that belief yet. It took time but now it is just marvelous!

Oh Biki!!! I'm very happy for you!!!!! 60# -- wow!!

My suggestion is to make sure Jo doesn't leave again on vacation until you've hit goal. ;)

Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

I only update on Sundays but I have lost 4.5 lbs this week.
