I got my new order in! full months supply! I wasn't going to order the bars this time but i ordered 3 boxes WHAT a mistake!!!!
I finished a box in one day!!!!
im sooo compulsive!! and i had to sample every new item in my order!! uggg im like a little kid!! i ripped through everything. I have to tell you though the Robust tomato fast soup is awesome!!! and so are the crackers which i ate an entire box of along with my soup!!
I didn't realize that the peach ice tea was a complete meal!!!!
it wasn't too good!
oh the red bell pepper italian salad dressing is awesome!!!!
Probably would make more sense to put it on my salad then drinking it from the packet!!! sheeesh the pig i am!!hehe
ok so i HAD to post my failures so far--im still trying!!!
Haven't lost haven't gained so im still in the running!!!

Hope you all are having an easier time then i am!!:)

hollyhouse~
although i am a newbie i wanted to reach out to you and let you know that i know what it is like to have binge sessions too...but at least you turned around and came here and confesssed your sins ;)
it would probably help to ask yourself why you had the need to binge...that's what i try to do when it happens...usually it has nothing to do with actual physical hunger... you can pm me if you need to talk. :)
but, in the meantime, i think that you shouldn't beat yourself up about a brief lapse. i am sure that you will be back on track soon.
Yes I Can!!

Holly...good for you for staying honest and being accountable. Now, just get back at it. :D Maybe you could reward yourself in little ways [no food treats of course] every day you make it through and that would help stay on track. I try to reward myself a little every day and it has really helped me avoid bingeing...which I would certainly love to do sometimes.

Congratulations on your success so far. You are great, and you are doing wonderful.

Holly we are here for you, now get back on it little Missy!

You can do it those lbs will be gone in no time, a good trick to keep you from cheating is thinking how the cheating will throw you out of ketosis and you don't want to do that.

You only have 29 lbs to go, if you stick to it the lbs will be gone and you will think..."MMMM, boy do I look/feel good and that wasn't that bad"

HOLLYHOUSE,

Yes, you are still in the running!:runner: Now that you've tasted all that good stuff, :eat: you can get back to business. :puter:

Your goal is so close you can almost taste IT!

Sometimes that is when it is easiest to fall off---for some reason we may be afraid to finally reach it :hammer:

Wonderful things are ahead for you. You deserve it, girl! :bravo:
:coach: Come on...we're counting on you!
