Ok, I know I can't be the only tattooed one in here.....tell me about your favorite tattoo and why it's your fav!!!!

Mine is the sleeve my BF is doing for me on my right arm....it's all Sailor Jerry type stuff (a tall ship, sharks, nautical dolphin, mermaid, deep sea diver, and my big fuschia pirate octopus) with some custom...my family's got a lot of Navy boys...so it reminds me of the fam every time I look at it....:star::star:

I have one around my ankle. It has my kids birth symbols and the front there are three hearts and tiny little birth symbols for myself and my husband. There are squirly lines connecting it all. I need it touched up and I would love to add to it.

*cough* I won't go in too much detail on mine. But I have a 2 in 1 on the inside of my ankle. 1 to TRY to cover the other. I am looking to cover the entire thing now with 1 or just having it removed all together.
I would like one of each of my dogs paws somewhere on me...just don't know where.

BUT...they hurt like hell and I'm a wuss! So I doubt it will happen. LMAO!

I have a heart right over my heart with a banner that has R~N~L in it so my hubby is pretty much stuck with me at this points.

WOW where to start, I have 7 right now.
I have a heat with a rose breaking out of it on my ankle, I have a band on my left arm of my astrological sign, I have a heat with wings on my left sholder with my kids names under it, I have a band sun on my right arm, I have a moon and shooting star in my right sholder...gonna get the last 2 there together as one.
I have a moon and a star on the top of my foot...yea that hurt like you know what.
The last one is my favorite, of course it only last in this list, I will get more. Its a butterfly but the colors of the butterfly are of the United States flag. That so far is my fav. I will see if I can show you that one...

I have two - Got them back in the day....both are now over 20 years old.
They are: Lions Head on my shoulder blade (I am a Leo) and a tiger with a dagger on my calf. Have thought about more...but in reality I would probably just get mine re-inked and have them colored up a little.

I have two. One of them covers my first tattoo which was a very poorly done rose on my ankle. It is now covered up by my beloved cthulhu spawn which is actually some sort of free hand tribal the artist did on me. I think it reminds me of cthulhu and that amuses me so hence the name cthulhu spawn. The other tattoo is of a hummingbird and some flowers on my abdomen. Man has it grown over the years Someday that needs to be covered up with something more meaningful or else lasered away. The years of weight gain have done a number on it. When I got it it was very small.. it's not so small anymore and it looks weird.

Cthulhu spawn needs to be recolored with a more vibrant purple than it is currently. Or a multitude of colors fading into one another which is what I originally wanted.

Well, I have a seven up cool spot on the inside of my left ankle, a devil (not satan--he is the cartoony devil)with a halo on the outside of my right ankle, Taz ridin a surfboard on my left hip (that was for a contest that the tattooist entered, I rarely bleed and take ink really well), and a set of spurs on my behind. Yep, I'm a redneck!!

then a heart with tribal around it on the right of my bum

I have 1. It will be removed as soon as I am comfortable with the laser person taking it off of where it is! It didn't age well with the weight gain...

Waiting for post-op to get mine, but been planning them for-EVAH... (I think I'm the only elderGoth-tribal-bellydancer chick that I know that DOESN'T have a tat!). I just didn't want to get them and then lose all the weight and have them be misshapen. I'm planning on a big pomegranate in the small of my back, likely with something coming out the sides (vines, leaves, tribal ink, something) and possibly a sacred heart at the base of my neck. I'd toyed with the idea of Jack Skellington on my calf, but while it's cute and all, the ONLY tats I'm going to get are ones that have super-mega-spiritual and personal meaning to me. Hence the pome - my personal emblem - and the sacred heart. My other emblem, the mermaid, will likely be a small tribal-style one on one of my shoulders or upper arms. I've been waiting too many years for ink, so I have a bunch of catching up to do, heh...

Here's looking forward to ink next year!!

I would like to get another one. Maybe it could be a reaching goal reward. I want something that symbolizes our marriage.
