Good morning all! Well down 5.3 this week for a total of 17 pounds lost in 2 weeks!! Good luck today for everyone!

Great job Tony!!

Still in a stall here, sitting at 250. I am OK with that since I am working out 6 days a week and I know my body is still adjusting.

Stalled here as well. Hopefully this will be a better week.

I'm down 6 lbs from my last Roll Call -- an average of 3 each week. I'll take it!

good work tony&diana. keep on trucking mike&rodeo - the scale will move soon

since last sunday I'm down ~5.5 lbs. Current weight is 270.9. We'll see where I am next week

Sorry for the late roll call... No change here this week. But that just means I'll have a big loss this week! I'm shooting for Tony and Century's numbers 5.3 & 5.5 in one week :yeah: ... That's awesome! Great job everyone! Have a super week! :thumbup:
