Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

I didn't weigh in last week (I cheated and didn't want to see the negative impact). Over the past two weeks I lost a total of 4 pounds. I am beating myself up because it would be more if I didn't cheat!!!! Ugh!!!

I am trying hard to get my positive thinking back--it is a bit challenging.

I should be happy for loosing 4 pounds in two weeks instead of feeling discouraged. I think I screwed up by giving myself a deadline to loose all the weight because I it looks like I am not going to meet that deadline so I am focusing on what I didn't accomplish instead of what I did accomplish.

Carolanne, maybe try one day at a time or even 3 hours at a time for now instead of all these deadlines and have the best compliant day you can. 5-1 water. What you did when you ate off program is behind you and hopefully you learned a lesson. Now just work the program. Patience and Compliance. Those are key.

-.4. Do not know what I did wrong. I was out late last night did not get into bed until 1am. The only thing I can think of is give up those bars and drink more :water:

I am back.... again (sigh) :oops:

Been back on for a week now. First week lose was 6 lbs bringing be to 195. :cry:

It's been a rough summer with too may fairs that I allowed myself to indulge in. That is over and I am back in the zone.
