Ark, I'm so glad I decided to check in here. Congratulations!!!!!!

WTG to the rest of you, too. I have nothing to report, since I'm away from my scale this week. All my clothes still fit (and today I tried on jeans and ended up with a size 4 that fit like a glove - J. Jill, you're expensive, but I love you), so I think I'm maintaining just fine. Been working out every morning at the hotel (I've advanced to Burn It Up in the Slim in 6 series) and sticking mostly to my transition plan all week.

Hi All,
I have been out of town most of the summer it seems. I was gone again for the past two weigh ins. So to up date my progress. I lost another 6.5 lbs. That puts me at 44. I had already lost 11.5 pre-Medifast so Im down a total of 55.5 lbs. This is so exciting.

Thanks for all the + comments. I'm still so excited that I feel light as a feather, at times. At work, I have to supervise a six floor hospital. It's much faster to take the stairs as opposed to the elevator, but it's been tricky building up my endurance level. The other night I actually jogged four flights of stairs. I'm beginning to think that I've passed over to the dark side (people who exercise).

That's so awesome. I'm over there in the dark side, too, it seems. Weird, isn't it?

Oh, and now that I'm back ... this may be off because of the flying and everything, but I'm holding steady at 130.6 today. I think I've lost a bit around the middle, and the other night I actually wore a pair of jeans that are size 4 petite. I'm still stunned.

Worked out every day on vacation except one (my designated day off) and even bumped up to the Burn It Up workout in my series, and had two "free" meals that involved extra carbs but no dessert because I was too full. I'm up to a little over 1,000 calories a day, which is where I'll stay for this week.

Well, the food part was easy enough, since I was just visiting family. I brought oatmeal and pudding and the soy snacks that I eat as meals, and then bought a bunch of the bars that I use now. And just made sure we had dinner at places where I could find something to eat, except the night I planned as my "free" night (allowed on my maintenance plan). Only the second night was unplanned, and even that was something I thought about way ahead and decided to do, since it was a dinner celebrating my birthday. I figured I'd been SO good about exercise that one dinner (and it was actually all just fine except for a piece of bread, a couple of small pieces of avocado in the salad dressing and part of a potato, with no butter or anything; it really was OK as a maintenance meal even though it seemed like cheating to me) wasn't going to be so tragic. I had even given myself permission to have dessert, but I was too full to bother.

The toughest part was the exercise. But I had everything all set up the night before, and just rolled out of bed and got started every morning. I even started doing it before breakfast, since I figure I'm getting more calories now so it's a little easier. I just decided that NOT doing it wasn't an option.
