Join our weekly (Sunday) weigh in.

Postby Karli » August 13th, 2006, 7:28 am

WOW, some great successes this week !! Special congrats to Lizabette who is so close to goal !!

I weighed in at 205 this morning, giving me a loss of 3.5#s this week, and 32.5 in 7 weeks overall  . I am happy that it seems my weight loss is getting back to "normal" for me.

Milestones : Made it safely into the 30 pound club and passed my halfway mark.

What amazing losses this week. Congratulations Tony and everyone else who made it to new clubs and hit other milestones.

Well after not having my MF for a few days and gaining back up to 242 I was very happy to see that this morning, after being back on MF for 2 full days I was at 236. That is 1 pound down since last sunday but the same as last monday. I feel like I wasted that week because I didnt try to eat well. Its good to be back on track.

I am down 1.5 pounds this week, which puts me in the 30# club. Kind of a smaller than normal loss for me, but I stayed on program and I feel thinner so I am happy with 1.5.

I have a feeling next week will be a little larger loss since last week I went down 5.5.

Congratulations to all the other losers!

I LOVE BEING A LOSER!!

Congrats to everyone! There are so many great successes here this week. Well, okay, it's every week -- what a terrific program!
So, even with TOM being this week, I somehow managed to lose 5.5 lbs!! Incredible. That's 32 lbs. total!

Milestone: 30# club (thanks Unca sub!) and 2.75 lbs. from halfway point.

I just re-started as of Wednesday and I have lost 3 pounds with TOM here. I was going to do the NO SCALE things, but I just have to see it drop to keep me motivated! DH agreed on giving scale back.

congratulations to all of you! you are so incredible. i am so happy to have found this forum. i knew the 1st week (13lb loss) would not be typical, and since it is my TOM i was not shocked to see only 1lb gone today. However, any movement of the scale downward is always good. I have been able to stay completely compliant even though that 1st week was He*l :x You all were right, I feel great now as that fat is burning away! Here is wishing all a great upcoming week...
Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !

First week back and no loss to report (but it's my own fault!)

Thank God the only thing I gained is the realization that I MUST take in all 5 supplements each day!! ... but I knew that.

Congratulations to everyones wonderful losses this week!

I get more strength reading all your accomplishments :)

Have a great week!!
See you all next Sunday (with a nice LOSS to report! ;) )

Way to go to all of you!!! Lots of milestones, NSV's! CONGRAT!!!

I am down 1 pound for the week...which in itself is not that big a deal to me, BUT, it brings me to 199  (this getting under the 200 seemed for me, some sort of mental and physical barrier and it was about 6 weeks with only a 5 pounds in that time, feat.)
So, Onederland, Finally...it's really hard for me to believe and in fact, I don't think I really do believe it yet...I had been in the 200's for so much of my life that I honestly don't even know how to feel...or act. lol(Does that make sense?) In the past 20 years I have been UNDER 200 two times, before I met my first hubby I got down too 170briefly and after my divorce...I got down to 190 I believe, again, briefly 230 was always sorta my "normal" weight and I am well below that which I think is why my body is fighting me tooth and nail. Anyyway, as I promised my good friend, Elke I will post update pics in the studio one day this week.

Hubby wouldn't get on the scale today he was "bad" yesterday so I will update him next week(if I have to drag him kicking and screaming, to that scale.

Hugs, Keep Shakin!

Half of the week was spent in the midst of a plateau, but I've had a few pretty good days since it ended, making my week total to 5.5 pounds lost. That puts me at 266.5 for a total loss of 103.5 pounds since March 6th.

Bad week planwise. As I mentioned in my journal... wasn't real good, especially with the clam chowder. I am back on though, so I will lose again.
This week I am up 3 to 291, 54 on Medifast.
