:whoohoo: CONGRATS to all our LOSERS this week! You are all so inspiring. This is my first Sunday roll-call. I started MF last Sunday and am happy to report that I lost 6.1 pounds this first week! (My ticker shows 7, but that's because I actually lost 1# after setting up the ticker - prior to actually starting MF.)

I missed one MF meal of each of 3 days though and didn't drink near enough water - so I think I could've done better; but I'll step my game up this week and be sure to get ALL my MF meals in each day and vow to drink more water!

Weigh to go Sarya!!! Onederland!!! YAY!! I plan on joining you there by next roll call. WAY TO GO Everyone on reaching milestones and just being here and being accountable!!!

I lost two this week bringing me everrrr closer too onederland and putting me dead on 200. Lots of NSV's one actually was last week check in at being over halfway to goal. Being down 5 sizes in "big girl panties" and finally getting into 16 jeans (the regular ones not the "w" ones)
Also, met up with some old friends who hadn't seen me since starting the diet and had it not been for them recognizing hubby...they would have walked on past me. lol :D Swwwweeeeet Feedback!

Hubby lost 4 pounds since his last weigh in bringing him too 242 and 2 pounds from his first goal.

Hugs,
Gina

Hi there all you MF Losers!! (tee hee, Carmel)

I'm so proud to belong to such a terrific group of folks! Congrats to everyone on milestones reached, new clubs entered, and awesome NSVs: Alex is in double digits with only 99 lbs. to go; Sarya's in Onederland, Gina's a hiccup away, and RayRay is right there too; the Silver Fox is almost to GOAL (soooooo close!); Jo's wearing tucked-in shirts; Jen lost 5.5 lbs. at Disneyland (!!!); DQ's doing great in Transition Land; and all those No-Weighers are not weighing (well, most of them!). Oh! And the first week newbies are all doing an awesome job!

Yay everyone!! And yay for me too, 'cuz I dropped 4 lbs. this week, for a total of 26.5 in four weeks! Woohoo, I'm 38% of the way there!!!!!!!!

Hey to all the losers in Mediland! I'm down 1 lb this week. Not exactly what I was hoping for but a loss is a loss. I did have a NSV this week I now fit into pants that I had in high school (3 yrs ago). Hope to report more good news next week.

I am so stoked! I didn't weigh myself until the 1 full week mark, so missed Sunday by a day. Started 7/31/06, stuck to plan totally and this morn I was down 13lbs! Wait till I tell my co-worker. She is interested in the plan but wants to see how I do. I couldn't have done it without this great forum to read & be inspired by. You guys are great. Thanks!
Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !

Okay, not a great week weight loss-wise. I'm down 1.5 lbs to 175. That's a 25.5 lb total. I was in Reno for Hot August Nights, which usually ends up as a food and alcoholic beverage fest for me. I was really good and gave myself only one night to have a little mexican food and 1 beer. Other than that I was good. I know that I missed a few meals and was behind on my water consumption the whole time, so I didn't really expect to lose much. I'm back on track now though.

Hey Everyone, your all doing so great! It's a no weigh week for me. UGHH, it's killing me.

I just wanted to say also, some of you might have seen it but Diana made the 60# this week! Congrats!

Good luck to everyone and I can't wait to be weighing in again with ya'll!
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.

Start Weight 326.7 ~ My short term goal will put me at 250!

Started June 19th 2008. First Mini Goal 76.7 pounds.

Hi, all! I'm at 131.4, so down 0.8 for the week, I think. I'm guessing it would have been more if I hadn't spent the first part of the week testing total 5-1 compliance again. I lost nothing while I did that, then started losing again when I went back to what I was doing before. Go figure.

Body fat also seems to be dropping sloooooooowly, and I lost another quarter inch off most places and half an inch off my hips.

And for an NSV, went shopping and fit in every 6 I tried on except one: In Gloria Vanderbilt, I fit in a 4!!! (And in Levi's, I'm a 6 but I can get the 4's pulled up. I just can't zip them quite yet. I've never even been able to WEAR Levi's before because if I got a size big enough for my butt, like a 20 or bigger, they didn't fit at the waist).

Great job MFr's

Postby caligirl » August 7th, 2006, 12:41 pm

Wow, everyone's doing SOO well! Glad to hear we're able to conquer our trigger moments (Disneyland, fairs, bdays, eating out). Great job all!
I've had another steady loss of 2.5 for the week, so I'm thrilled. One more pound to the 20# club! Watch out, here I come!

Was able to get back into my 18's again. Going to clean my closet of all 20's and 22's...

Co-workers are amazed, and although they're happy for me, it's funny because I can tell that some are a little frustrated by my loss. Go figure. Some have asked what I'm doing, and when I tell them, they try to give me a million reasons why it's not going to work. I'll show 'em!!!

Keep shakin'
Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right... Henry Ford

Well, it looks like my weight is slowly coming back down to the number on my ticker (related to all the off-plan eating when changing jobs and having everyone take me out to eat). I've been back on plan 100% for a week and have dropped 10.6 lbs of the 14.8 that I put on. Only 4.2 lbs to go until I'm back at ticker weight and 7.6 lbs until ONEderland. I hope I see it someday and it's not a total myth.
