sugar free gum

Postby krandle » May 31st, 2005, 8:04 pm

Quick question.........could me chewing a value pack of sugar free gum and me not drinking water have anything to do with my hunger. Because this seems like it happened when i started chewing that gum. Could it be just the water. But me not drinking water have not had this kind of affect on me. Could it be both?
And how can i get a ticker going?

Hi krandle,

Don't know about the gum.... Nancy will probably be along and let you know soon.

But - about the ticker....just go to tickerfactory dot com and then scroll through the screens until you find one you like. Then you copy/paste the bb code and go to your Profile here on MakeMeThinner and put it in your "signature". You need to save the whole website in your favs - cause you'll be changing it every time you lose weight or do Roll Call. They're fun, uh?

what medifast says:

Can I chew gum?
You may use sugar-free gum or mints but limit these to five per day. These products contain sorbitol, which can cause gastric distress as well as stimulate appetite.
