Was shopping around at amazon dot com (trying to get a start on Christmas shopping!)... went into the Gourmet Food section and did a search for 'sugar free' and they had tons of stuff! Lots of different brands available in one spot. Thought that was kinda cool!!

Just be careful.....sugar free doesn't automatically mean it's on program. Make sure to check the Quick Start Guide and check the fat and carb content of what you're considering.

Yes, what Jo said. I bought a few items before MF and had to give them away as they were no where near compliant with MF. The sugar free hot fudge caramel sauce has no sugar but 19gs of carbs per 2 teaspoon serving. :shock: I also got suckered with the jello sugar free pudding. :oops:
