I Started on Monday

I started on Monday and have already lost 5 pounds! :lol:

I just had the Minestrone soup, but only added 4 oz. of water. It had a funny after taste - I assume because I should have added more water.

Any tricks to spicing up the oatmeals?

Anybody had trouble with heartburn and night sweats? :?:

Hi Barb and WELCOME!!! Weigh to go on your first 5 lbs!!! Check out the Lean Cuisine section for many ideas to doctor up the foods to your liking. As you go, you'll find that your taste buds change and you'll like things more.

I make my oatmeal into cookies quite often. They are portable and filling.

They recommend Pepcid in the beginning if you're having heartburn or stomach problems. Don't know about the night sweats, but it's probably related. Or it could be your metabolism kicking up (or the extra estrogen being released; when you start losing fat, you release a lot of extra estrogen into your system).
