I have a pair I bought at Lane Bryant. I bought the biggest size (even though according to their size chart it was a few sizes too big). When I took them out of the package I nearly died laughing. They looked like a pair of tights for a 2 year old. Needless to say they have never been worn. I couldn't imagine trying to put them on and then having to take them down to use the restroom. A friend at work once did a very good demonstration of how one needs to put them on - we were all laughing.

I did buy a pair of capri length "seamless pant liner" for modeling shoots - those are easy on and off with just enough "control".

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

I love them, especially the Higher Power. Try them online or on Ebay.

My cousin swears by their pantyhose, but when I tried them, they ripped the first time I wore them.

Hi ladyhawke!!..so nice to meet you...i'm Chynna a relatvely new member.

I am soooo glad to know Target's carry spanx....thanks for that info:+) After hearing Tyra Banks endorsing them so much on her show and saying how good they would aid in one's appearance, i was motivated to go out and see if i could find some but "never" could...they had never heard of them at Macy's, Filene's, or JC Penney's (my favorite stores).

Now Lane Bryant has them tooo??...thanks JOJOruca for that info as well:+)

So i guess you know what i'll be doing THIS weekend..LOL!

Love,
Chynna

Lane Bryant and Torrid carries them in plus sizes. I LOVE THEM! I wear the "Higher Power Panties" they look small and sometime sare difficult to get on.........but they smooth bulges and instantly flatten the tummy.

I will reiterate that you can get them at a lower price on EBAY, brand new.
I have worn them for over a year and love the control and contours they give you.

You can't find them on the Target or Lane Bryant website although I know Lane Bryant used to carry them. I think they make their own shapewear now. If you go to the Spanx website or QVC they are available there. Although I just bought 3 pairs on Ebay for the savings. They are relatively expensive.

We don't have a Target in the District of Columbia yet (they keep promising) so my knowledge of them has to be based on the web at this time!

So, Biki, are you trying to say that we should look on the web?

No, because obviously there are products at local Targets that they have chosen not to put on their webpage. So I am the one left in ignorance. I am saying that once you have seen the price of Spanx you should buy them on Ebay!

Biki, I have also seen Spanx at Loehmann's for a good price, but I don't know if there is a Loehmann's close to you, I think there are a few of them near Potomoc...out in the burbs.
But, you have got it down getting them on Ebay, I looked for the Higher Power on Ebay and they had them for $19.95 and 2.95 S+H which is a great price.

Mike :) I know I spend a lot of time on the web!!! :) :) :D
