Aiii-Aiiii-Aiii..kids birthdays are so sweet. Both literally and figuratively. The 1-year old started walking for the first time at his own party. Guess the massive intake of sugar for the first time jump started him into walking!

I fell off the wagon. Yeesh. Hate it, hate it. But, I guess I'm human. I'm the type who pushes the envelope on what is ok and not ok. I'm living proof that the program AS IT IS WRITTEN will work! No additions, no subtractions.

So as of today, there are no additions or subtractions. Just pure Take Shape For Life. :) I'm on the "A" train!

I'll post again in a few days to let you know how I'm doing. Between work, other work, church cantatas, church plays and everything else under the sun (oh yes, and a crashed home computer for a short time) and the holiday festivities, I'll do well to post once a week!!

I'm so anxious to get new people on the program toward the end of this month...people have been inquiring of me about the program, and I am MORE than happy to tell them all about it!

Thanks for the listening ear and the supportive words....

Until next time, happy shaking!!

Hi Biki!

I'm still alive and quite well, thank you! Went out of town for the holidays, ate what I wanted (NOT needed, however) and now I am home and back on program. I gained a little back, but I'm very excited about this year and being on program again. I most certainly didn't gain back a lot of my weight, thankfully, so I'll drop those few pounds and be back to where I was in no time. I'm not even going to bother changing my ticker. :)

My hubby and I are Health Advisors, so 2008 is going to be our big focus on the business side of it. I really believe that we are destined to do a "whole body" approach--my hubby is a pastor, so we would help others with mind, body and spirit.

By the way, congratulations on your wonderful success, if I haven't already told you. :)
