Sad Story Turned Into NSV

Postby bikipatra » January 1st, 2007, 9:22 am

I have posted on this board before about how when I first started gaining weight and got into the 180's, I went online and bought 2 pairs of XXL men's sweatpants and wore them all winter long as I expanded. They were the only pants I could fit into anymore. You can see them in one of my studio pics of my thinner days with a black turtleneck. Well, this morning I tried on my one pair of size 24 pants (all my others are size 26 and have been abandoned) and they are so loose I don't even have to unfasten them to go to the bathroom. If I wore them in public my panties would be showing in the back. None of my pants have belt loops since they are oxymoronically "flat front" styles. So I was able to find those old sweatpants and they fit. They will have to last me this winter along with two pairs of fat lady favorites stretch velvet pants I also have. I can wear a few skirts too but pants are better for winter. Pretty nifty full circle NSV.

Be kind to the pants you wear on the way up, because you'll meet them on the way down.

You can apply it to lots of things - people, stairs, elevators.... Pants is a new one for me but I like it. :)

Love that! Adapting it and putting it in the "how to live life book".

Does it apply to underwear too? I have a couple of pair that I wore only once or twice before the elastic started screaming and threatening to cut off my blood supply at the thighs....
