Sorry, I'm a little late. Yesterday I was way to busy with the holiday. I'm down 1 lb.

Congrats to all you losers, to many to mention. But a special shout out to Rae and Berk. Easter is the the perfect celebration for both of you because it a celebration of new life and hope. We should all go forth with joy in our hearts for the progress we have made.

Going back and looking again at everybody's posts here, I am just amazed at how well we're all doing. It's so great to see the "snails" finally rewarded for their patience and perserverence! Go Donna(s)! With such an amazing collection of strong, dedicated, patient people, those peanut butter eggs and choco-bunnies never stood a chance! We're turning Spring into a time of renewal of dedication and discovery of long-hidden skinny bods screaming to feel the fresh spring breeze... I'm so proud of us!!!

GROUP HUG!!!

My first 10 lbs. gone!

Postby twblues » March 28th, 2005, 8:44 am

I'm a Monday morning weigher, but I'll tag on here. I had a terrible week 3, but I kept trying, and I was delighted to see I lost 2 lbs. anyway. I'm determined to do better this week!

Great loss! Many people have a "mini-stall" their third or fourth week while our bods adjust to using ketones for fuel.... So I think it's great that you saw progress during a tough week! Keep shakin'! It's working! :) Especially for Philamae, who lost 40 pounds in one week! ;)

Wow, great week everybody!!

I couldn't post yesterday as I was gone for the weekend...went two whole days without weighing! That was kinda tough! :D I'm not sure exactly how much I'm down since last Sunday, but from last Monday to today I'm down almost 4#, for a total of 35#.

Happy losing, everyone!!

I'm a day late too, but I was out of town until late last night. I had some temptations, but I overcame! I am down another 5 lbs which means I have hit 25lbs! I know not to expect these results for much longer, but I would LOVE to see the 250s by next Sunday :D :D :D

I went hiking with my son and hubby on Thursday....it was the LONGEST 3 miles of my life! At first I was disheartened- I felt badly for being sooo out of shape and lagging way behind. Then I looked around at how beautiful the woods were and what a great time my family was having, and how I was so happy with the committment I have made to get myself healthy, I ended up enjoying the day! Ok, so it took until today before I could walk without pain in my calves ;)

To everyone posting here for this role call:

YOU ARE ALL WONDERFUL AND SUCH A GREAT INFLUENCE ON ME!!
THANK YOU :D :D THANK YOU :D :D THANK YOU :D :D

Congrats on all your successes and strength to make it through your little setbacks

Berk, what a great attitude :D

Hi SunnyV,

Congratulations on your 25 pound weight loss!! If your son or hubby has a set of weights, go pick up 25 pounds to get a sense of what you lost and what you no longer have to carry around with you.

Also, congrats on the 3 mile hike!! Do you take walks regularly or did you just up and take a 3 mile hike without building up to it? No wonder your calves were sore!!

Only 5 more pounds for you to join the 30 POUND CLUB!! WOO HOO!
