Refrigerate syrups? watermelon ?

Postby sidrah » February 26th, 2006, 6:53 pm

I have looked all over the bottles and don't see anything on DaVinci bottles that says it needs to be refrigerated. The Atkins ones say to, but the Torini and DaVinci do not. Does anyone refrigerate them?

#2. I have watermelon syrup. ANyone found a good use for that flavor. I bought it to make icee things and never ended up really doing that for so long cause I gave my mom the ice shaver. So, any combos that might work with watermelon. I am thinking vanilla, but....

Nope, ya don't need to refrigerate the syrups. Good thing or my fridge would be FULL of syrups! LOL

I'm not sure about the watermelon. Not a big fan of watermelon flavored stuff...hopefully someone will chime in with a great idea :)

Gotta be honest...watermelon was an Atkins thing. I thought it would make good icees. I am not that big a fan of the watermelon, but I have it, so I might as well use it. I may end up using it for icee kind of things, but the thought of a watermelon shake, to me, is kinda blahhhh.

I was hoping someone might haev some ideas I could steal

Vicky, Im with you on the lime! I do not buy the syrups though, I buy a bottle of key lime juice and add a spalsh to my vanilla shakes. Yummy key lime pie flavor!

Mmm, mmm, good!

I happen to enjoy lime in my vanilla shakes. Don't know if that would be an option for you, but maybe............ :dunno:

I just bought powdered lime in the spice section of the grocery store today. I'm not sure what I'll use it for, but it sounded too interesting to pass up.

Is there vanilla pudding? I thought just banana and chocolate. Or maybe that's just all I've ever ordered.
