ramen noodle seasoning packet question

well this is the broke college student in me trying to get by :mrgreen: so bare with me...

i'm cheap and have a stock pile of ramen left. i know i cant eat the noodles but what about the seaoning packet? i know its mainly salt but i love the chicken flavor and would like to add pinches to my medifast soups to add taste - but not break the bank. 10 cents is a deal for those lil things.

does anyone know what is really in them? if not any cheap alternatives?
if not my boyfriend will be happy that he can eat them all now :lol:

I think they have both salt and fat in them, but honestly I don't remember.. it's been so long :) I probably wouldn't use them if it were me so I'm not sure what to say. Does the packaging have any clues to what is specifically in the seasoning packet?

nope, thats what make me mad - it only give info on the noodles

The packet contains about 1200 grams of salt in it. You will be retaining water for a month!

LOL I read the title and thought OMG the salt alone would kill me.
I have never been a salt person and couldnt eat ramen noodles beacuse of it but my DH and Kids love them LOL

WOW 1200grams would def kill me lol
