Paula sends her love

Postby Maisy » March 24th, 2008, 11:44 am

Hey Ya'll... Maisy here. Typing from Savannah , Ga, a proud follower of Paula's school of cooking, a.k.a. EVERYTHING IS BETTER with butter. Heck I could not have gotten this butt without it. 42, will be 43 WAY too soon, 3 kids, a hubby, crazy dog and a cat named Fred.

I am looking at my box o' hope....full of nummies, decided to register first, open box and ask questions later. I have a southern personality, love everyone, and let everyone know my opinion, even if they may not be ready for it!

More importantly I am 265 lbs. HOLY CRAP THATS FAT! yep I know some weigh more, and it's not nice to say that but kids, as sure a butter made me 1/2 the woman i am 265 is in fact fat, not chuncky, not thick, fat....but we are here to do something about that. All of us, right?

So, you have all been warned, I am here...Lord help us all. Next ticker, the journal, oh and then, as a prize I open the box. See ya'll in my journal.

well, WELCOME ABOARD MAISY!!!! You sound motivated and ready. And about asking the questions later...you probably see that we are ALL willing to answer. I love your realistic attitude. No sugar coating! Nothing wrong with that. Good luck with the program. :D

yup, oc (ovary chick), that's me, i don't think that name is going anywhere anytime soon. my real life name is erica. hmmm, i didn't wanna mention that our personalities seem to be the same but since you said it...YOU ARE RIGHT! I'm all prepared for the laughs, i got a few from your first post! Unfortunately, i have to agree, everything is better with butter (except for shakes and medi-grub), i'm just learning HOW MUCH BUTTER which seems to be NONE as of late.

Thank you all for the warm welcome! I just finished my MF reading...tomorrow should be very interesting. If all I read is true, prepare for my posts from the pot! You know I love those ads, the ones on Sirus Radio ...you know the ones...." do you have 10-25 lbs of crap, ( my word, their meaning) stuck to your colon wall like spackle. ' Well all I can say is , Lord I hope so! ' This should be fun. And hey, don't forget to check my journal, tomorrow we get to measure before we post. What fun!

luv ya right back, katieboo! Oh yeah, maisy, just to let you know, MF has affected me differently...no pot needed here (at least not without the help of some extra fiber or something). Guess my body wants to hold on to the spackle! I seem to have tried EVERYTHING and finally found something that works.

My son just went through a scare with a intestinal blockage ....during that whole thing , one of the docs said a tsp of sea salt in 32 oz od warm H20 will flush you very nicely...in the morning, preferable on a day when sitting on the pot seems like a good idea. He said no more than 3 days and it will all flow through.

Sorry peeps, just saying...
