ONE WEEK CHALLENGE :)

Hi All,
I thought we could all do a "one week" challenge.It's not too long and it IS doable !
Just put your mind into it ALL for ONE week and see what the results are !

It's worth it isn't it???

1)Drink LOTS of Water
2) Stay on plan
3) FEEL GOOD !
4) Drink more water
5) Stay on Plan
6) Feel Even Better !!!
7) repeat steps one thru 6 !!

Any one game for ONE WEEK???????

Just trying to get us all where we want to be !! :) :goteam:

OK - I will do this but just not tell myself I am doing it. It's actually perfect timing because on day 8 is when I have historically gone off plan lately. Tomorrow will be my day 3 so one week will hopefully see me safely past day 8. :D

OK...so my official weigh in this morning is 165, so that is down 2 lbs from a couple days ago..yay!

I can't wait to see how much everyone looses this week!

Well, I am not weighing myself at this point, but I am all for compliance :). Yesterday was great, and I will be happy to count that as my day #1 of the challenge !

I was on program yesterday but the only snafu was that I forgot to have my 6th supplement last night. I was busy all day moving furniture, boxes and cleaning. I wasn't going to attempt the 7 day challenge since I'm online so seldom lately, but I *need and want* to get myself back to being 100% compliant and I'm game to give it a go. I may not check in each day, but I will pop in as I am able.

I second that, Pam. A one week challenge isn't so scary. But if we string a bunch of weeks together, we'll be well on our way!
