Last time I posted I was over halfway to goal and doing great. Some of you well remember me while others won't, I used to post as falisamarie but have decided to start all over with a new name and renewed termination to get to goal. I am ashamed to say that I have gained back all my weight and I began my Medifast journey again just yesterday.

I will journal exactly what got me in the downward spin in the journal area because it is lengthy.

Getting2goal,

Hi, it appears there are many of us who have decided to re-start. I know exactly what you mean when you say you are ashamed. I feel the same way. I finally had to say to myself, "Get over it, and move on." :hammerhead1: I don't want shame to be the reason I didn't take a step in the right direction.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It is good to know that others understand the struggles we face. How about we turn our shame and our struggles into success and happiness.

I'm right here with you. :stroll:

Of course we remember you!
You helped so many people, including me...how could we not!
I am so thrilled to see you back and know you will make great progress and will ultimately reach your goal.
You have the same comittment and determination you had before.
And the joy you felt will return, because you are taking control of your situation!
Everyone who knew you missed you, sweetheart!
