oatmeal in the morning?

Postby sheri1103 » November 25th, 2006, 1:32 pm

Hi- I was wondering if it would be ok to eat the oatmeal in the mornings? :?: I live in the Pacific Northwest and it is cold. I know the guidelines call for 3 shakes before 2pm. Any ideas or advice on the scheduling of meals?
I am going to start with the full fast.
Thanks!

You can eat oatmeal 5 times a day if you want. Those guidelines have been changed. If you go under the FAQ's and look under the "What can I eat thread" both Nancy and Tim discuss how any 5 supplements are okay.

Yup,
She's right. Enjoy your oatmeal for breakfast or any other meal. That is an old protocol, you can now mix and match any meal per day...the 3 shakes a day is gone! The only limit is only ONE bar per day!

Enjoy!

Besides, isn't oatmeal intended to be eaten in the morning? ;)
I start almost everyday with oatmeal and end almost everyday with hot cocoa. In between there is usually a bar, and two RTD's - or a soup and an RTD.

Just remember.... only 1 bar a day ;)
