Ok Im new...and i know i cant WAIT to get one...but what in the heck does it stand for?
ps..When the UPS man gets to my house hes probably gonna run to that brown van and go 100 miles an hour away from my home..i look like the crazed dog at the window waiting for the mailman to come....at least im not foaming at the mouth.... :shock:

it means non scale victory , something im sure you will have plenty of...i.e. getting a compliment. wearing a smaller size...

Non-scale victory. As in something good that has nothing to do with the numbers on the scales - fitting into a smaller size, getting an unexpected compliment, being able to do something you couldn't do before, etc.

Oh, yeah. As fun as the scale can be when it's cooperating, NSVs are even better.
