Hello Everybody, :wavie:
I’ve been lurking the MF boards for about a month, now. I like the format over here better, though. I have really enjoyed getting a feel for the program through your eyes. I hope to be starting soon. I had to have a thyroid lobe surgically removed first (a week ago,Thursday) and when I have healed from that, I have my MDs OK to start. She says, and I concur, that I cannot go on a low calorie reducing diet while my body is still trying to heal. The recipes look interesting and I found a nice selection of sugar/carb. free flavored syrups at the new TJ Max store in town. I’ve stocked up on my MF supplies, bought a digital scale, told my DH what my plans are and now I just have to wait a while. I’m pretty excited.

Welcome. In a way, the delay is probably a good thing. It gives you some time to read up on the forums, get a feel for how the plan works, etc. Right now just take care of yourself, and we'll be all set to cheer you on when you're ready to start.

Welcome emarooster! I'm still a newbie (will start week 4 on Wednesday). I lurked here for a few days before deciding to go on MF. This is the best place on the internet for Medifast information, support, advice, recipes, ect. Everyone here is sweet, kind or both :). I guess you know all this since you been here a month. ;)

I wish you quick healing so you can start and I wish you great success on Medifast. :)

Hugs,

Keturah

:clapclap: Thank you everybody. Your warmth and encouragement is way cool. I'm healed up enough to start anytime now, but my father-in-law's memorial service will be 6/3 and I want to be able to get through that first. I have picked a starting date of Monday, 5 June 2006. Now it's official. Thank you again for the great welcome and I'll be seeing you around. :puter:
