Welcome to the team!

This is the best place for support and information while working the Medifast program. After you get past the first 3-5 days the program is a breeze

checking in after day 1...

Postby lilgorg » May 13th, 2006, 11:49 pm

so, i made it through day one and it wasn't too bad. i did get a lil cranky but i guess i shouldn't have gone furniture shopping on my first day (it wasn't as bad as i thought it was gonna be). other than that, i did pretty well. maybe it's me, but the chili wasn't exactly what i thought it would be, but everything else was cool. i was pleasantly surprised about the taste of the shakes.

u know what? i think i'm actually gonna be able to make it through this. ;) let's see what tomorrow brings.

The chili may grow on you. Check out the Lean Cuisine section for some tips. It took me awhile, but I have it just the way I like it now (with 5 ounces of water and some Better Than Bouillon chili base and ground cumin, soaked overnight, then add a spoonful of Rotel or salsa).

Hi Lilgorg,

Good luck with day 3 tomorrow! Let us know what you decide (going out for thai or no?) Post if you need anything! You're doing GREAT! I can't help you with the chili (except for the lean cuisine posts), I don't like regular normal chili much, so I never ordered MF chili! I replaced ALL OF IT with banana pudding! Okay, not all of it, but some...Don't mind me, I"m a bananapuddingaholic!
