Hi everyone. My name is Sharon I am a southern gal living in New Jersey near Atlantic City. Been here 4 years but hope to get back to Texas where I lived for 10 years or my home area of Louisanna. But for now this is home.
I get my shakes on Friday and will make my day one be Saturday. I will be doing the 6 shakes a day and the no meal and my doctor will keep an eye on things . I choose this way because I know me so for at least 12 weeks it will be liquids only. I have lost and gained this weight more times then I care to remember. Im 40 years old and been over weight since I was in high school just not this overweight. Im a shorty at almost 5 foot tall and Im now over 200lbs so my hips are as big around as I am tall. I cried for days when I made that sick comparision.
Im sure I will be driving yall crazy the first 3 days so please bare with me if I write too much here over the next days. I just know yall will help me alot.

I'm new too (well, after a few false starts in the past!) and used to live in NJ (northern NJ). I'm going to visit all my old NJ friends this summer and can't wait.
If you were starting Saturday, today must be Day 2 for you - how is it going?
So far my Day 1 is going great. (Instead of beating myself up for my failures in the past, I'm going for the "upbeat" to match my new attitude - I will celebrate every shake I drink and every cuppa water)
Good news for us short gals: losing a little makes a big difference. Every few pounds is noticable so here's to a good week!
