Hello all, I have been on Medifast since May 5th and at my last weigh in on June 9th I had lost 41.5 pounds. I have been really pleased with the program but all of the sudden I don't feel the same excitement and commitment I first did. Anyone else feel this?

This forum is crucial to the success of my weight loss. On my down days, someone else is having the NSV of a lifetime. It's very rewarding and motivating.

WELCOME!!!

This site can be a lifesaver. I've been on Medifast for a year, so the thrill is definitely gone (except when I fit into new clothes; funny how motivating that can be).

I've also found that changing things up can help; try a Medifast meal you haven't had before, or try preparing it differently (check out the Lean Cuisine section for ideas). Or have something different for your Lean and Green.

Welcome to the forum!

Stick with it and look for other things to motivate you. Maybe but a pair of pants that you want to fit into but can't yet and hang them where you can see them and make them your goal pants.

Get on here often and read. There is always motivation here to draw from.
