Just saw this today.
Tropical Creme Shake

1 cup crushed ice
6-8 ounces cold water
1 packet Medifast Orange Pineapple
2-4 Tbsp sugar free mango syrup
1-2 Tbsp sugar free Coconut syrup

Pour all ingredients into blender...blend until smooth and frothy


Sounds a little sweet, but probably very good.

Hi!

Have you or anyone else tried Coconut Syrup? If so, it is coconutty or does it have that fake coconut (tanning oil) aroma and flavor? I don't want to drop 12 bucks for a bottle of ick but I love coconut!

Any words of experience appreciated!
