Hey Guys----

Seeing that I am starting my phase 2 loss with the help and support of all of you I wanted to send my latest picture - I guess when I look at this picture I do see a SHINING FACE and it is due to MF and you all ---- but I want and need to continue and you are all helping me ---Thank you all!!!

If Unca Tim could put the three pics of me together in this post you could see the difference in my eyes as what's inside of me continues to heal - I feel it and I see it.

Aloha, Shiney ~

We are still vacationing and won't be home until the 18th or 19th so Unca is out of commission in terms of posting your photos but you can be SURE we'll do it as soon as we get home, Darlin'. We have to crawl outta the sea and drive about 40 minutes to get a wave here for our internet. Our condo does not have DSL and we are in a place that is dfficult to even make wireless calls! Ahh, the silence of it all!

However, we DO see amazing fish - all colors and they are so big - one touched me as I was swimming the other day! Of course, Leopard Woman was wearing one of her leopardy suits and I guess the Butterfly fish just wanted to check her out!

Keep up the great work! It is worth it all to deny yourself now - the results will astound you!

Pam, you look great and doesn't it feel good losing 70 lbs so far. I am almost there and will be 70 lbs loser. I just need a little more time and I will get there, I know I will, I have the drive and determination to believe in myself and not place any doubt. I am just thrilled that my tummy is going down or more to the point is getting smaller and smaller, flatter and flatter

You are so right about your eyes telling the story. You look absolutely wonderful and your eyes are dancing - with a delightful smile! You'd never even know you had those good looks in the other pictures!

I hope losing weight makes me look younger too!
