New Guidelines

I was reading that they program has been changed. Less lean and green. does anyone know about it?

There is already a thread about this but the quidelines do not call for less lean and green. They suggest adding a fat source when you eat the leanest meats. For items like eggs, the portion has actually increased, from 2 to 3. They have a chart to show which meats fall into which categories to help.

Actually, salmon went from 7 oz to 5 oz, chicken breast went from 7 oz to 6 oz + a fat.

Thanks. I never eat salmon so I am not too depressed.
