That's awesome! This is day three of renewed compliance for me so I feel pretty darned good too!

Being compliant is getting easier each day. I just hope that I've learned from all my past mistakes of making exceptions and excuses. I need to be true to myself, for the truth shall set me free...from this fat suit ;)

I totally agree that compliance gets easier. You are less hungry for one thing. And it feels good to know you are doing the right thing!

Well, one kid is still sick. I'm praying that I nor anyone else in the family gets it. I feel so blah today. I think it's lack of sleep, because the kids aren't sleeping well.

Still staying compliant and having fewer cravings each day.

Still being 100% compliant...4 straight days now (five if you include today). Got on the scale today and was up a pound from yesterday. These things happen!!! This too shall pass and I will see a loss soon!! I just hope I drop another 10 before my doc appt on the 23rd! That would be fantastic!

Joyce, you have a great attitude. I don't know if I would be as calm as you are and I think its wonderful. I'll have to remind me of what you said! Way to go!

Uh-oh....what happened?? It must have been a full moon. I didn't eat off plan, just ate a little more lean and green than I'm supposed to.

Oh I'm just a stress eater Cindy...still learning creative and postive ways of dealing with stress and this weekend, I didn't do well.

One thing I am learning though is to stop being so hard on myself when I flub up. It happens and I can't change the past. I'm not making excuses, but I'm also not going to put on my sack cloth and ashes and mourn over those lost days. Just gotta get back on program and work it ;)

I completely know what you mean, Joyce. I am my own worst enemy. No one can be harder on me than me. My eating struggles come out more often when I am bored. If I am out and running around and really busy, I don't even notice. It's when I'm stuck in the house with nothing to do that I go off the deep end.

You and I both need to keep each other honest and not beat ourselves up...this too will pass. :)

Well, I was struggling so much...I called my bariatric physician and told him what was going on. He squeezed me in yesterday and put me on a mild appetite supressant for a few weeks to get me back in the swing of the program. He's such a wonderful and understanding doc!!! I'm so glad I invested in doctor supervised medifast!!!
