Does anyone watch LOST? I need some LOST buddies to contemplate with.

My daughter is so hooked, it is pathetic. I watch, but I am not a fanatic about it.

So, what is the deal with Kate having Aaron in the future? And what about Jack is he hooked on drugs or not?

I am convinced that they call the show LOST, not because the characters are lost, but because the viewers are. :roll:

I feel lost every time I watch it.

At first I did not catch her saying "Aaron" at the end, I had to re-watch in on demand today. I am guessing either Claire dies, or has the choice of having him die or leave the island with Kate.

Another question: Isn't Aaron like 3 years old now? Why does he still look like a small infant? Can babies not grow on the island?

awww, man!!! i havent had the chance to watch this weeks episode, but it is tivo'd. Hopefully i can watch it tonight so i can get in on this convo. I was "lost" before and now when they keep going back and forth between the island and "real life", i get even more lost!

I love it...

As for Aaron being young... my idea is that scene was before the point when Jack gets hooked on the drugs. Its soon after they get home.

Also, remember, although the show itself has been on for 3 years, the timeline for the show is just 6 months or so. Thus, Aaron would be anywhere from 6-8 months to 16 months (guessing) when that scene was shot.

I really like the show, mainly because of the "you never know whats gonna happen" part of it. Keeps my mind thinking (and some days, its what I need).

About the timeline - remember the Korean lady is pregnant and realized that soon after the crash and yet she is nowhere near showing yet. They have only been on the island for about 200 days or so.

So, Mike, do you think that the issues with Kate and the baby (Aaron) are what lead Jack to the drugs?

Is anyone else SICK of Locke and his holier than thou attitude?

I still don't know what leads Jack to drugs. Maybe its th fact that they left people and he can't deal with it. We will find out.

As for Locke... I think he is the one most connected to the island (especially with the leg thing), so for whatever reason, he just "knows" things. I think he may be like the islands emissary or something.

I guess that could be, but I just don't like that he has appointed himself the boss.

My daughter thinks like Sawyer - why leave? None of them really have much to go back to when you think about it.

Did you see that Walt and his dad are supposed to reappear? My dad saw the dad on one of the morning shows and he said that there is a purpose. It isn't like the writers are making it up as they go... they do have a plan.

AHHHH I like Lost much more than chocolate! Timeline, I am pretty certain they are only 91 days or so on the island. I can not wait until the whole thing is done so I can watch all the episodes and pick apart again. The biggest shock for me has been Cahrlie "dead" yest not to Hurley and socking him one.

Stormy...I have a feeling this may be a popular area...can you consider adding to your original post a warning for spoilers....just in case...there are some who will blindly look, ebven though it CLEARLY says Lost, but may yipe because we did not warn them we actually are talking about the show.

Alright now, i finally had the chance to watch the episode tonight...To me, Aaron looked about 2 yrs old (at most). So now why does Jack want to avoid the baby? Here's one theory: We know that Kate got mad when Sawyer said that "they did not need a baby", and Kate said that she was not good with babies (when Claire asked her to pick up Aaron so he would stop crying). So, maybe Kate actually "stole" Aaron from Claire (who i will assume stayed on the island) because she wanted a baby. If she did this, maybe Jack feels some kinda way because he didn't approve of it. Who knows...I am sooooo LOST!

Dont' ya just love how they introduce a new twist (like little Aaron being with Kate), and then the next week not even touch it.

Anyhow, I found last weeks episode very intriguing (especially given my interest in time paradox's - can I help it if science is part of my life). Anyhow, I love that whole subplot, and I love the characters involved.

I am sooo mad because my dvr has been cutting off like the last 2 or 3 mins of the past 2 episodes. I even set it to tape for and hr and 2 mins and it still cuts it off. So my episode ended with Julia talking to Jack saying something about how she feels about him. What happened after that?

I don't watch but my husband is a fanatic! He listens to Lost pod casts and does the whole internet chat thing.

Lost is looking for extras that are middle eastern looking right now and he is :cry:

so bummed that he doesn't look the part! :lol:

Hehehehe....

The cast often goes to the Borders across the street from where I live. It's neat to see them sometimes!

Could somebody kill Ben already! Geez!
