This is my first journal entry. Weeeeeeee! I just weighed in after my first week on MF and am down 13 pounds!!! I absolutely love the program and look forward to continued success!

Great weight loss!
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

So, I found out that I cannot eat the Choc Mint bars. I ate one earlier in the week and it triggered a downward spiral which involved multiple bars and eventually going off MF altogether for a couple of days. I probably had about 4 or 5 days off plan. But I got back on it yesterday and am feeling much better about things.

Good for you lisa getting back on Plan. I also relized that I can not eat the bars. The only reason I keep them in the house is for my son. He loves them. But last week I had one everyday and only lost .4#
