Yes, calling a spade a spade is a side-effect of therapy! :)

For some. :D Some prefer not to call others anything and enjoy free thinking. Some prefer not to take another person's inventory.

~~~~To all the great Medifasters~~~~
I just weighed myself and am in the 20# club. Yay! I have also been eating 800 calories a day of non-MF food. Having been a health care practitioner for many years (who has counseled others in weight loss, go figure. lol!), I am confident that I can create a low-cal, balanced health plan to follow on my own (which I have). I am grateful for MF and this board for the jump start. Since I intend to continue following my own plan using whole organic foods, I have decided to leave this board. To all those who have offered heart-felt support, I thank you. And I wish you GREAT SUCCESS on your continued journey.
xo Lisa
