Well it looks like it has been almost 2 years (well actually a year and a half, June 2008) since i posted. I have been back on MF since 01/04/10. When my journey changed directions over a year ago, i had lost 50lbs and now i have managed to gain almost half of it back in a year and a half. Onderland is a distant memory BUT NOT FOR LONG!!!! I am back, determined to get all the way to goal this time. I realized that i loved being here on the forum to both get and give support. Sometimes life gets in the way so i hope i have time to post as much as possible. I will be looking around to see how everyone (all the old friends as well as new ones to be made) are doing. I'm in a debate with myself as to whether i should start my pound club membership over or just adjust it to reflect what i have lost with MF in this lifetime. What have you guys done? Actually, i may be talking to myself because i don't know who will read this but, if you are reading, I would appreciate your opinion ;) Have a great evening everyone!

First things first: I AM SOOOOOOOOO glad you are here and we're doin' this thing again!!! This time, all the wayyyyy baby - - - We Will Go All The Way :) :) :)

Second, I'd say change to no club and start over. Girl, if I counted every pound I've lost on MF since 2007 I'd be in lke the 175# club - - and I never had 175 total to lose and any given time, LOL. Its a new year - a new approach - why not start with a clean slate? That is MHO :)

Did I say that I'm glad to see you here with me????????????

Mwwahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Hi, I regained some of my weight and had Unca lower my club to reflect where I was on the MF loss. So, if you lost 60#, regained 30#...move your club to reflect the 30# loss you kept. Just how I did it..
Began MediFast 2/10/07 212#
Reached Goal 3/15/08 147#
Renewed commitment 9/20/09-after regaining 38# (185#)
Reached Goal 1/25/10 147# Maintaining :)

Thanks katesmom. I see that it was REAL quiet around here but the new year always bring the influx of starters and restarters. It's great to see everyone again and the support is always immeasureable!

Today was a happy scale day for me, i was down 1.7 from yesterday. I have struggled to get my water and meals in today because of an extremely busy work day. It's almost 6:00 here and i have had 2 MF meals, my L&G and only 3 bottles of water. Looks like i have some catching up to do otherwise tomorrow WON'T be a great scale day, primarily because of my lack of water. I love having to "check in" and report how my day has gone. It forces me to be honest (especially with myself). A cheat is a cheat and i will be glad to spill the beans, if one happens. It will only motivate me to jump right back on track. I bought some ketostix today, because they were also a great motivator for me. Once i hit that dark purple, i wanted to STAY there. So now i am off to shake it up! Have a great evening everyone and a compliant day tomorrow.

Crazy OC, you are on a ROLL girlfriend!! Glad to see you sticking to it and being rewarded with a great scale day! I've been focusing more on the water the past few days because I hadn't been really counting it and I do much better when I make a choice to 'think' about it. I can't have soda for the next 2 weeks so I'm pretty much down to water or water with infusers anyway.

Here's hoping the scale will be nice to you tomorrow :cleader: !! Is your WI on Monday since you started on the 4th -or? I'm using Friday's since I started on the 1st. You know I am a freak and keep a spreadsheet of the last 2 times (or the only two times) I have seriously done MF. Here are my W1-W3 stats for those:

W1 -6.8 -8.6 -7.6
W2 -4.6 -2.8 -3.8
W3 0.2 -0.8 ?????

So, week three historically for me is a slow week - - isn't that odd??? It helps me SO much to know that cause then I won't feel so sad about only posting a .8 loss! I'm mental, I know - - but here is what I have to look forward to:

W4 -4.4 -3.6

HAHAHAHAHA - - I'm officially mental :nutz: !!!!!!!!!!! :roflmao: I know yer gonna gimme hell -- but I don't really care :)

TTYS -

well today has been a compliant day so far! I was down another 1.4 this morning YAY ME!!!!! HOWEVER, i am in a rush now, trying to get ready for a b-day party at a brazilian restaurant Only protein and veggies, ONLY PROTEIN AND VEGGIES *she says to herself* NO ALCOHOL, NO ALCOHOL. I can do this, i have come too far now to mess up on the scale in the morning. I have done great ALL DAY, stick to it. Why must i face this temptation so early in the process? I guess that's just life, full of temptations and we must look the other way. I know it is a mental thing and i can overcome this obstacle too. My hopes are that i can get rid of another 1.3 over night to officially hit 10#. I just have to keep that in mind while i am at the table. Oh yeah, flan???? I love flan! I just pray that no one at the table gets flan tonight, i just might sit there and cry lol! Well i gotta go for now, i will update when i get back.

Oh yeah, susie I don't even have the time to comment on the fact that you are mental but, rest assured, you will get it when i get back!

Hey girl,

Just checking in on you. I can not stand this NJ weather. I have already told Matthew when he goes to college the only place he is aloud to apply for in Warm States. HAHA. 6 years to go.

How did the brazilian dinner go.
