OK - I've sent a few pics to Unca Tim, so hopefully they will be up soon. You have all inspired me to add to the Studio, and I hope to have more progress pics soon! :D

Ok - so I'm heeeere!
The first pic was a few days before starting Medifast in March (@236 lbs).
The second pic was actually the most recent - from Oct. 28th (@217 lbs).

Those are a good example of what this program does. Congrats on your initial success and keep up the work! It is work, but it can be fun too! Good luck!

Thanks Amber and bdj! It is great to see where we've come from. Sometimes it's hard to see the changes in ourselves as we keep losing. The pics really help - even though it's so tough to find a full body "before"! All I had was one of my face!
