Katie, glad you are back on program and hope that it will agree with you (that your stomach problems are over). That 5# is hopefully just water retention and will be gone quickly (well--bathroom breaks every 3 minutes will pretty much guarantee it will be gone quickly. ;) ) Take care!

Well Since I did not have my coffee this morning I went to Dunkin Donuts this afternoon before picking up my son. Guess what they did it again. But ;once again I did not drink it until I got home. My husband said I should save the coffee. I do not know. I will just go in tomorrow and talk to the Manager. I know I am rambling. Sorry . I am just mad because Today I restarted again. and knowing I had sugar. :( I know it is not going to affect me but hey I am back on track.

I am so happy that you are back on program and so sorry about the coffee bit. I drink decaf and I typically like McDonald's coffee - pretty much the only thing I have gotten there for years. Well once in a while they give me regular but I won't know it until it's almost done and then I get sick. It is very frustrating. I hope they give you free coffee for a while. All I got was an apology. Again, welcome back!!! :D

Hi Katie!

I'm a NJ transplant in CA now (well, I'm actually from CA, transplanted to NJ then we moved back to CA - got all that, ha ha).....and the thing I miss most about NJ (besides our friends) is the Dunkin' Donuts coffee!!! They only have Starbucks out here.

You really brought me back - I love the french vanilla, NO SUGAR!! That used to burn me up when I would get sugar in it by mistake. I guess a lot of people out there take it "regular" with sugar and milk. I wasn't on MF then and it used to annoy me but now I'd get pretty darn mad.

I'm trying to get my second week going - starting and stopping, so I need to get motivated. I love all the support on this site and I think it helps....

Have a great week....

Oh frankie I know what you mean about starbucks <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_28_108.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D23%252F23_28_108/image.gif"> When I went out to California to visit my good friend, he took me to Starbucks. Well let me tell you it is so bitter and I had to go to the bathroom. It was like tar. Hey Frankie you know you can buy the ground coffee on line. That is the only coffee that we have in our house. And it is almost the same price as other Coffee.

A little NSV for me today. It is so beautiful out that I do not need to wear long pants long shirts ect. Well I went to put on one of my casual dress shirts (black of course) I was able to button it with out having to wear a little camy under neath. And another things There were no hole gaps when you button it (where you see your bra) . Little excited.

Katie, I can visualize your big smile when you buttoned that shirt up and realized that it wasn't gaping and you could wear it comfortably without needing a cami. Congratulations!
