Thankfully, my relatives and friends are pretty much all supportive (if they aren't, I just tune them out). With other people, I tell them the program is used by Johns Hopkins University for its diabetic patients who need to lose weight, and that usually is enough to convince them that it's a safe, balanced program. If it's not, then I just tune THEM out, too.

Hi Katie!
First of all hugs to you. I think Tawanda is right! Come here for support. I have a couple friends that know that I'm doing MF again, but for the most part I haven't told my family, of course they're in California and don't see me often. Just keep doing what your doing and if your going to a doctor then your doing the right thing. I want to do the 100% MF, but I can't find a doctor here that does it. Have a great rest of the week OP!

Thanks Jenni, Tawanda and Robin,

I do tell people that Johns Hopkins approves this. But then they still get an attitude. But like I said in an earlier post. I am just not going to tell them anything.

Jenni, I do not go to a specialist Doctor. I go to my family doctor. At first he was not for it. I basically told him that I was going to do it anyways. So if he could please monitor me. Well he is very impressed. Also 2 months ago I went to my endincrinologist and he also ran test on me. And said I have a healthy body. (well I am working on a healthy body)

Today was a good day for me. 100% compliant.

Hey Katie! When I mentioned it to my doctor she told me to do Weight Watchers. Of course my doctor is obese, but I thought I'd ask her what she thought of it anyway. She doesn't agree with it at all. BUmmer huh? Glad to hear your 100% OP! You go girl!

Today woke up in a great mood. It was funny though last night. I woke up around 11 a little hungry. My first thought was to go get a glass of water, which I did But the those wonderful Dill Kosher pickles were calling to me, Katie Katie. Those were the same urges that I had when I wanted ice cream or cupcakes. I sat there for 3 minutes eating it and savoring it. I no I sound like a moron, but hey. I was really shocked that the pickle was the first thing I craved.

Jenni, I think you should just ask your doctor to monitor you and if not, you will go to another doctor. Show them the proof. You can do it.

I have a big mouth (I know. hard to believe) but I would have replied to the doc when she said WW, "Oh, is that what's working for you?"

Katie, glad the pickles cured your craving! For some reason I am not that into them but they help when I get leg cramps occasionally.

-100% Compliant. Yesterday (sunday)

What the heck is wrong with me. I am really not mad at myself. I finally came to the conclusion it is going to take time to adjust to this new life stlye. I went shopping with my Best Friend yesterday. ANd we went out to eat. I had a chicken philly cheesesteak. YUM. Well that was not the real bad part. But last night I had Chinese. WOOO when I tell you that I am paying for it today................... My acid reflux came right back.

I am back on track today. I am so full right now that I can not even get my shake down. It is so amazing how much your stomach shrinks. Biki need your support right now. I need you to slap me a couple times. And say wake up girl. I would really like to be down quite a bit for my Birthday.

Well I am going to make up for it this week. I promise.

Drink your water today which will help you get rid of the bloat......then do your supplements and BINGO! you'll be right back on program and will be seeing 199 real soon!!

You can do this! You are so close!!!

Compliance and patience. 5-1 and lots of water. That's what they told me.

Thanks guys,

I can not tell you how uncomfortable I am right now. I am still so very full But I am getting my supplements in. I am going to stay on program from now on. It is not worth it.

Right answer. This is only my 10th day of compliance since my last slip-up so I know how you feel. Compliance really is the easier, softer way.
