I can not tell you how uncomfortable I am right now. I am still so very full But I am getting my supplements in. I am going to stay on program from now on. It is not worth it.

Right answer. This is only my 10th day of compliance since my last slip-up so I know how you feel. Compliance really is the easier, softer way.

Thanks for letting the rest of us know how uncomfortable you get when you do not stay complaint. That is nice to know..another reason I can tell myself why I stay compliant when those food gremlins come.

.2 under ticker. Way excited.

I am still not feeling 100%. That chinese really screwed with me. I am going to stay compliant until my B-day. My husband is taking me out to Dinner in Manhattan.

I am going to have to start buying more rtd's My husband and son have been drinking them right before baseball practice. I am fine with that. I would rather have them drink that instead of Gatorade or any of the other sweet drinks. Matthew loves them. And he is also eating my bars. But that is also okay. I do not eat the bars that much. I try to stay with shakes.

Today is very gloomy here. It is raining. BLEH And on Saturday it might snow, and yesterday it was 75.

Katie, I'm glad to see your slip up isn't keeping you down. You'll be in onderland before your birthday. What a great present to yourself!

Thanks Donica & Jonna.
You know what I am so excited about is that I will not be exhausted in the summer. Last summer I was miserable, I remeber going to The Philiadelphia Eagles Carnival with My dh and son and his friend........ The only thing I could think of was I can not wait to go in the air conditioned car. I was sweating so bad. I could hardly walk. And also I can not wait to look good in one of those cute womens football jerseys.

I feel ya! I spent all last summer in law office-type business wear that made me so hot it felt like my legs were going to give out.

.8 Under Ticker. Cant complain at all after that binge I had on Sunday.

I feel wonderful today. I woke up in a great mood. Matthew was actually really good for me today. I told him to get dressed he did. I told him to brush his teeth he did. (I wonder if it has anything to do with Easter) Have to goto the doctors today. Gynecologist. I am trying to find out my options instead of taking the pill. My husband refuses to get a vasectomy. I can actually understand why.

Otherwise very cold today 36 degrees. Plan on just working (BLeh) I just got Matthew and DH Philadelphia 76ers tickets for Easter Sunday. My husband is really excited. Matthew does not know about it though. That is his easter gift. Matthew said he is a young man and that he does not need a Choc Bunny  MY baby is only 8 I can not believe that it goes by this fast. You know what is funny he comes up to my shoulders. I am 5'7" He is going to be very tall.

Oh forgot I was 100% compliant yesterday.

So I am down 1.6#. I am really happy about that, after that chinese episode last sunday. I really did not get all my water in this week. I was on the road all day on Tuesday and Friday. Up and down the Garden State Parkway. This week I am going to drink all my water.

So I am pretty excited to say 2.8# away to hit my 50# mark and only 4.5# to onederland. How exciting.

So we just got in from finding all of the easter eggs outside. It was freezing out. 32 degrees to be exact. My ears are burning from the cold. I have to say I am really upset about this weather. I went to Old navy a week ago and bought this really cute outfit. The shirt was an x-lg. Gosh I do not know when the last time I got into a x-lg. Also I have been able to get into a size 16 :D But I am not able to wear it until it is warmer out.

Have a great Easter everyone.

It is so cold here and I just ordered all this summery stuff from Land's End, some of it designed to fit very snugly (to show off the twins) since I finally broke down and bought that 66 buck Oprah t-shirt bra but I don't know where I will wear these things for a while except during my physical therapy. I always imagine you don't wear baggy clothes during therapy or does it matter? Oh, congrats on the loss and being so close to joining MY club!

Katie, how excited you must be to have only a few pounds to go to get to such great milestones in your weight loss!!!! 50# is impressive and getting to Onederland/out of the 200s is awesome.

Congratulations to you on this week's compliance and loss!
