Hi Jeni. Glad you are back ! Hope things are going well for you and kudos on the water, but *get all those supplements in, girl !* ... even if you don't feel hungry for them.

Keep us posted :).

I think I've been gone long enough. I've tried to start and restart so many times that I'm embarrassed, but here I am ready to make my journey. Today was the first day back on MF and no headache. YiPPie!This sounds silly, but it feels like I felt the first time I did MF last year. I had to force my lunch down b/c I wasn't hungry. Anyway I look foward to posting more often.

Welcome back! I'm like you-I love the not being hungry part too. If I were hungry all the time there is no way I could have survived this diet. I am glad this feels like your first time-nice and fresh and a great beginning. Best of luck!

Welcome back Jeni! I know what you mean about starting and restarting. I did the same thing from October 2005 until January of this year. I finally made up my mind that I was going to do it. So far, so good.

We will be here cheering you on. :cleader:

Thanks for the welcome backs! I'm really excited about this being day three and feeling so good about the program. I haven't had a headache and that was my worst fear. I went to step class tonight and that worked out well without the riser (did riser on Monday and thought I was going to pass out). I had to meet a friend for dinner, I had a cheif salad. I'm feeling good. :boing:
This Saturday I'm doing a three mile Walk For Autism with a group of ladies, it should be so much fun. We have matching T's and we are ready to rock! :D
I can't wait to weigh in and see how much loss my first week will bring.

I peaked at the scale tonight and it showed a 5.8 loss so far. I will not post my weigh in until Sunday morning. Gosh this helps me stay OP. I'm ready to see some changes. I already have the energy and seeing the scale drop helps.

JENI, WELCOME HOME!

You are doing great so far.
Please be sure you eat all of your supplements, and not too much exercise in the beginning of the weight loss phase.
Talk to a Health Advisor (they're free) to get everything on schedule.
And as you know, your Medifast Guide answers many of your questions.
Keep up the good work...we're cheering for you! :cheerleader:
