I hit my first mini goal of 18 lbs in a little over 3 weeks!

Hey everyone I started at 218 lbs. and told myself to set mini goals so that I am not to overwhelmed with the whole weightloss amount. So today I hit my first goal and now I am 200 lbs. Only 64 more lbs. to go!! Yeah me!! I am going to start a little exercising at the end of this week, that will be 4 weeks into the program.

Monique, that's a great loss for 3 weeks! Way to go!

Mini goals are a great way to break up the journey and know you are achieving. I'm looking forward to my first goal...20 lbs. Any day now... :)
