Morning all you fine MMT'ers! Today is a very, very special day! It seems our beloved Mike aka Guido (Explorthis for you newbies) is another year older today, and twice as handsome as he was last year at this time! Everyone please join me in congratulating one of our most supportive friends on the MMT boards. I won't give away his age - that's up to him - but let's just say he's still making his way UP the hill and over 100 pounds lighter than he was pre MediFast!

Well, I had posted a huge thanks for this post, but like many others, during the server outage, it was lost. So again, A-HUGE thanks for all the Birthday wishes. I am a young 43, (a huge kid – just ask my wife) and about as happy physically as I have ever been! This board and ALL of you are truly amazing, and are a continual support to not only me, but tons of others. Keep it up, we all deserve this family!!!
