Welcome, Bob! Your story, desires and old habits sound really familiar!

So, I'm dating myself, but you gonna drive Bob's new car and Bob's Road? Hey! we could do a poll and GUESS from which European country the car will originate. Germany? Italy? England? Inquiring minds want to know!

...and the ones on cupcakes, which are not to be confused with muffin tops. And Uncle equals not Unca (Unca Tim: our illustrious and much respected webmaster)

As for the delivery of the package, it comes UPS, generally not signature required.

Again, welcome to the party, Bob.
Here's to our mutual success! :buddies: --Diana

Ok folks... the goods arrived this evening, just as I had hoped. Plain package, no sig required.

It is officially on!... I'm beginning tomorrow morning!

It's great to have this forum, excellent resource!

Oh.. here's another of my fat guy food ordering tricks... When ordering from the local pizzeria, when picking up the order and they read back the size and ingredients that were ordered.. act like you are simply picking it up and didn't do the actual ordering.

Errr, I'd get my pizza delivered. But I'd usually yell something to the dogs as I got the door, so it would seem like someone else was home with me. Sigh.

Welcome!!!

Boy we are all so similar... I've done that too! walk to the door, yell out "I'll get it" before answering... then as closing it.. "Pizza's here!"

Then much down the Pizza and the side of wings...

Never more

So far, so good. I'm off to Trader Joes for some chicken breasts and maybe some fish. I love celery and cukes, so that should make a nice dinner.

Strawberry & choc shakes are tasty! (Orange Delight too!)

I have no problem drinking the water, it's a bit warm today anyhow.

Thinking about "what's for dinner" is a bit of a change. Typically I'd have 4-5 restaurants to choose from.. will it be Nachos? A hoagie? chicken Picatta?

No worries tonight, 7oz Chicken and some sliced cukes!

Hi,
Glad you're doing well today! I Miss my Trader Joes, I'm on the East Coast this week and the midwest next week, but I'll be back at TJ's on the 4th!

Hi Bob! Just wanted to say welcome. I hope your first day was ok and not too miserable. For my first three days in ketosis, I could barely move off the couch I was so tired! So, I actually had an excuse to be a couch potato for a change!

Take care,
TT
