Hello everyone! Sorta new here...

Hello. I guess I have finally gotten up the nerve to actually join the forum instead of just lurking. I have been visiting this forum since February this year (when I started my medifast journey). I actually posted in the lean cuisine area once and could not believe how quickly I received an answer. I also was surprised by how supportive and friendly everyone on this board is. I have recently become a stay at home mom and have more time to focus on myself while my kids are at school. I suppose I should add that I am now officially down 30# although I have fallen off plan more times that I can count. I suppose that the trick is getting back up and starting over.

I honestly cannot wait to get to know you, although from lurking I feel as if I do already know some of you.

Welcome. :) 30#'s is great!

I waited for 30 lbs before I had the nerve to post my before pictures. I started my journal at the same time.

You are right, the important thing is to get back on track as soon as possible when you fall off plan.
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

Thanks guys! Like I said, I could tell before I posted that this was a great place to be. You just confirmed my suspicions!

Thanks for the welcome. Hopefully I'll be able to check in at least daily as my kids have finally started school for the year. I get to have some quality computer time during the day now!
