It is so hard

Postby lauradr » January 6th, 2007, 10:24 am

It is so hard to start back after a food binge :x --I started last week --Hubby and I went to the mountains for our 31 Wedding anniversary--we went out to eat and guess what I caved :x --I was so good for Over a year--and now ---I have made a goal today-- I will not Cheat --also changed my Ticker --that hurt--I have came to far to quit---everyone please let this be a lesson--do it right to the end--Like Dodma--Lizbeth and like Jo and Lauren are doing now---- I am glad I stayed good threw my Journey --I'm not sure if I could of stared and restarted --It's hard--so here I go
I'm not where I wanna be but, thank God I'm not where I use to be!

You can do this, Laura. You've been so strong throughout your journey!

And please. I've had more than my share of off-plan eating, while on the plan and now in maintenance. It's hard. It's STILL hard. I'm guessing it will ALWAYS be hard. But we can do it.

So, how did the day go for you?

Once you get back in the swing of things, it will be A-OK.

You and me both !! I fell off the wagon for a couple months and went into a free-fall. I'm back and looking forward.

it is VERY hard! i went off at holiday time... yikes! and then i got going good after the new year, and got sick ~ that threw me off for a week! but once you get past those first 3 days, it all comes back (the ease of this plan, not the weight - lol).

I am so proud that you came back before gaining too much weight! We're all here for you!
