Hi Everyone!

This is my first day on Medifast and I was wondering if I am doing the full fast can I still have vegetables? If so what kind?

Hello and Howdy doody, Christine ~

What does your doc have to say about your full fast program?

Your Health Advisor can give you more insight, too.

Generally I recommend that my full fasters have one small green salad per day.

Literally speaking, however, the answer to your question regarding full fasters eating vegetables is NOPE. In its true meaning, full fast = Medifast only, no regular foods.

People on the full fast program must be closely monitored by their physician.

There are some clients that may not be considered for its use due to health issues.

Transition from full fasting to regular foods must be carefully done, clients must follow the program exactly right or they may experience some major stomach problems such as gastric distress, random acts of poopage, and even gall bladder twangs – not fun…

ChristineFromWisCAWNsun...

Your doctor and the staff will help you with your program needs and the Forum here will help you, too.

 The Full Fast is not so bad, Little Darlin' ~ you will do fine - set your thoughts on the reason why you are doing this - for improved health.

You are not depriving yourself; you are enhancing your self.

You are not doing without, you are doing better!

You are saying  buh-bye to huffing and puffing and feeling like Sweaty Betty when you do the simplest of tasks and you will be saying :byebye: hullo to a whole new way of feeling because you will be in control, the pizza will not be in control.

:coach: Follow all the doc's orders to a T, :x NO CHEATIN' and :water: drink plenty of water.

In a very short time the sensation of hunger will be gone and the head hunger will begin to distance itself, too.

Oh, by the way, drink :water: plenty of water.

Then after you have some :water: water, have some more.

 If you do not, you will have no need to worry about  anal leakage...it will be random acts of blockage that you face... ;)
