favorite exercise dvd

Postby bande1102 » October 22nd, 2005, 7:03 am

I'm new to medi-fast, but I've always exercised so, based on the other posts, I'm gonna keep walking (gently, less time). Anyway, I usually either walk outside or do the walk away the pounds videos. I'm a little bored with the videos, though, so am looking for suggestions. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Elle

Hi Elle and welcome to the forum,

I think walking is about the best exercise ever invented. Especially outside in the fresh air. Biking is also really good, and a great way to cover a little more ground for a scenery change.

You can find bikes now at discount places for under 100 bucks.

I love motoring around the neighborhood on mine.

I also like to walk. If it is nice out I walk ouside.
When it's not I walk on my treadmill.
Hope to here more from you.

Thank you for the welcome and the suggestions. I'm still walking, but my sons (3 of them) have asked for new bikes this Christmas and I think Santa just might bring one for me. I just love being outside no matter what the weather so I can't imagine that I wouldn't love biking. Plus, as Unca_Tim said, it's a great way to see more scenery.
