MF Fast Soup & Crackers

Questions/Comments about Weight loss Products.

Terri - when you do stuffed peppers, how do you do it? Also, how do you figure the veggie count? I miss stuffed peppers - I used to always make ground turkey stuffed peppers. I know I can't use my original recipe as it has kidney beans, rice and wheat germ in it - so I could really use a good MF recipe.

Thanks in advance :)

Michelle,

I use 1 to 2 tablespoons of Worchestershire sauce, some minced onions, and I use one package of Medifast crackers all crumbled up in it. Sometimes I would use one egg white as well, not the yolk though. I would mix all of that with one lb of ground turkey or chicken. That usually makes enough to stuff at least two to three large peppers, ( I cut my peppers in half, lay them in the pan on their sides and fill them). Sometimes I even add chopped green chilis.... (this last time, I used the Walden Farms honey bbq sauce and they were awesome) :bouncie:

I weigh them with the peppers so I am getting less than 7 ozs of meat but I figure with the small amount of crackers and the egg white I am making up for it.

I usually still eat a small salad along with it, cause I am sure I am not getting 1 1/2 cups of veges....

Hope you try it and like it, my husband who is not on mf loves these...

Terri
