Lisa,

Thanks for opening up and sharing your life with us. You truly have been tried by fire in your young life, haven't you? The Bible teaches how we are perfected through those firery trials and made like gold. The Lord has perfected you into the woman that has meant so much to all of us. Your determination, love, thoughtfulness, wisdom and faith have truly inspired me (as well as many other I am sure).

What a wonderful adventure you are beginning - moving to another state to continue to be with your family. You have a very loving and wise hubby there...I am so glad that the one that God truly wanted you to have came into your life and makes you so happy. Wow - TN doesn't know what it is getting! You can now expand and use your Godly gifts to so many new people you shall meet.

I will continue to pray for your sister and am so happy to hear that she is improving.

God Bless Lisa and may you continue to abide in His love and His perfect Will!
Michelle

Lisa ~ Your numbers are enviously amazing. I'm so sorry to make you rehash all your life's troubles, but I'm so glad that you took the time to put pen to paper b/c I had NO EARTHLY IDEA that you were going through all those things. My thoughts and prayers are definitely with you and your family. Please feel free to contact me at any time for anything. I will help in any way that I can.

I am getting impatient with the waiting now but I will press on and get to goal. I have so much going on right now so I have to make sure to get all my water in.

You are doing so great. I really think sticking with it and drinking that water and doing all the little things that you know have helped along the way will make it easier for you. I know it feels hard and sounds hard to see that long road, but the little things you are doing now will help you feel better at night.

I hope it helps to know that I, for one, think you are doing a good job and are teaching me so much about lots of things.

I can't wait to hear what you have to say each day.

Keep writing....you have an audience waiting with bated breath

My emotions are all over the place lately. Today I picked up 3 different things not on program but ended up putting them all back.

Lisa, your story touched me in my heart. Thanks for sharing. I do have to ask...how do you know your excess body mass your BMI? I would love to know how I am doing in those areas.

Elke, if you google "bmi calculator," it'll give you several sites where you put in your height and weight and it gives you a rough estimate of your bmi. There's also a site called mybodycomp dot com (or i think now it's fittogether dot com) where you put in your height and weight and then take a series of measurements (they tell you how), and it calculates your body fat and a whole bunch of other useful information.

There's a basic BMI calulator on the MMT home page.

Click on T and N's pic at the top of any page here, page down and you'll see it...:)
